Welcome to the Arkansas Department of Health - Body Art Section's License Renewal System

The following screens will direct you to enter your unique individual information, make necessary updates to your contact information, and pay for your license renewal.

Please read the directions on each page and enter the required information.

When you have entered the required information, click the 'Next' button at the bottom of each screen to proceed to the next step in your license renewal process.

You will need to have your current Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate ready to upload for practitioner license renewals.

After you have made a successful credit card payment, the system will display a payment confirmation page for you to print for your records. At this point the license renewal process is complete and you may exit the process by closing your internet browser.

You will receive your new license from us within 7-14 days. If you have not received your license within that timeframe please call our office at 501-661-2606 to check the status of your new license.

If this is your first time renewing with the new Body Art Section's License Renewal System, please contact the section by phone at 501-661-2606. You will be given your new licnese number and may be asked to provide your date of birth and complete social security number.
